October 21, 2003

Camilla - Indictments are handed down in Mitchell County in a deadly stabbing, a hotel shooting, a rape and a child molestation case.

Twenty-two-year-old Lemuel Richardson and his sister Pamela were both indicted on murder charges. Richardson is accused of stabbing 22-year-old Eusabio Brown at James' Playhouse in Pelham.

Thirty-three-year-old Torrevio Duncan was also indicted on aggravated assault and armed robbery charges. He's accused of shooting a man at Courtland Club Hotel and Suites in Camilla.

Thirty-one-year-old Timothy D. Williams was indicted for raping, kidnapping and stalking a woman in Mitchell County.

Thirty-three-year-old John Collins was indicted on six counts of child molestation. Prosecutors say the victims, between the ages of five and ten, were touched inappropriately while riding a four-wheeler at Collin's daughter's birthday party.

All these trials are expected to start in January.
