Thomasville - Winn-Dixie stores across South Georgia are helping people do just that. Monday, nurses from Suwanne Medical Center were on hand in the Cairo Winn-Dixie store to administer flu shots.

Nurse Kim Wheat says the shot may cause a little discomfort, but is well worth it.

The Flu Vaccine is only good for one year, because the virus is constantly changing.
