Thomasville - The schools are holding fall break, giving students and teachers a full week of rest and relaxation.
Jan Bryant's children attend Thomasville city schools. She says she's excited about spending time with her sons. "I just love this fall weather, and them being out of school," says Bryant. "You know it's really good for them. Back when I was in school we didn't have fall break. Things really have changed and I'm happy."
The schools started earlier this year, in order to allow for the break.
