Andersonville - Period costumes and reenactments are designed to take you back to life in the 1800's. Bag pipes may not be a traditional part of Southern history, but they were welcome on Saturday at the Andersonville historic fair.

Someone who was once not well liked in the South is also welcome. Abraham Lincoln is at the fair to teach others about life as President. "I teach the kids the history of my life in the first person, " says James Conine who plays Lincoln. "Things that I managed to accomplish."

And others learn just by coming to the fair. Bradley Davis brought his international students. "They get to learn about a little bit of the history, the rebels and the blue coats," says Davis. "It's such a wonderful learning opportunity for them."

And for many others as well. The fair continues throughout Sunday with civil war reenactments, and gunslingers.
