Albany-- Collins, who is a Republican, is campaigning for the seat being vacated by Zell Miller.
Collins, who represents the eighth district in congress, says his voting record makes him the best choice for the job.
"I use common sense in my approach to government as I have used common sense in my approach to business for the last forty-one years starting a business at the age of eighteen because I use also straight-talk, I tell people what I mean and I mean what I say," commented Collins.
Collins is currently serving his sixth term in the united states congress.
