Albany - Dicy Hall says she was getting up for church around 5:30 AM when she thought she heard thunder. But when she looked out her back window she saw a tractor trailer overturned in her back yard.

"If he had a came through my fence, at first he would have gotten to my den, and then to my bedroom," says Hall. "I would have been all broken up."

She says the corner of Clark and Merritt is dangerousl.  "I wish they would ban those big trucks because it's dangerous on this corner," says Hall.  "I'm thinking about getting away from here."

The driver of the truck was not seriously injured, but was taken to the hospital for a standard drug and alcohol test.
