Albany -- A Dougherty County man is arrested for severely beating a man Wednesday night in a bar. The victim is in serious condition in a local hospital.
25-year-old Paul Peterson was arrested Thursday morning at his home on Ramsey Road, and charged with two counts of battery. Investigators say about eleven Wednesday night at the Y-2-K Lounge on Sylvester Road, Peterson punched and kicked William Harrell.
Harrell suffered a concussion, and possible broken bones in his face. Harrell could not tell investigators why he was attacked.
