Albany - You can help bring a piece of history back to Albany.

The Horace King Overlook will be built near the bridge house downtown. Inside will be a scaled replica of a 150-year-old bridge that once crossed the Flint River.

Volunteers are needed to help build the overlook. Martha Craft says, "I think it's important for the people of this town to come out for this project because there's a rich legacy that many of us don't know about."

Work on the Horace King bridge starts Monday at 8 AM. For more information or to donate money, call Albany Tomorrow at 430-3910.
