Albany-- An out of court settlement has been reached in a lawsuit against the Albany Police Chief.
Bobby Johnson was sued for $15,000 for crashing into a woman's car last September. He didn't report the wreck and was suspended from his job for five days.
Jessica Valma, whose car was hit by Johnsons', sued him for money for medical expenses. The suit was supposed to be heard in court today, but the city settled with Valma for two thousand dollars.
