Lee County- Fairway Toyota broke ground on a new 25,000 square foot facility Friday. The dealership has been located on Ogelthorpe Boulevard for 16 years.

"It was hard to leave where we were, but based on the studies and what land was available this was one of the few spots that we could pick from and we decided that this was the best spot," says President and Co-owner Bob Lynch.

Owners say though they're moving away from Auto Row they hope the traffic to Wal-mart and Albany Mall will help boost business at the new location.

The project is scheduled to be complete next year.
