Albany-- You may soon notice a big change on North Slappey Boulevard.
After 47-years, the Putt-Putt Family Fun Center is changing its name. You’ll no longer see the familiar orange putt-putt landmark. The old sign was replaced Monday.
The new name for the facility will be the All-American Fun Park. "Over the years we have expanded so that we have many attractions now and we feel that fun park better denotes and describes what we are," says co-owner Rheda Hall.
Hall says now is the perfect time for changing the name to the All-American Fun Park because the park is patriotic and honors the military.
