Store owner jailed for beer sales

Albany-- A former Dougherty County convenience store owner gets five days in jail for selling alcohol to underaged customers.

Twenty-eight-year-old Neil Patel was caught selling to underaged customers three times at a store he owned in the 700 block of Johnson Road.

Patel was sentenced to five days in jail, one year probation, and fined one thousand dollars.
