Rapist gets life sentence

Thomasville-- A convicted child molester is sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison.

Forty-three-year-old Richard Colvin of Thomasville was sentenced to life, plus 10 years in prison, and 50 years probation for raping a child and molesting five others. The rape victim was impregnated and had an abortion.

Colvin was convicted of rape and molestation on August 7th in Thomas County Superior Court.
