Albany -- Five men were indicted for murder by the Dougherty County Grand Jury Wednesday morning. Brothers Derrick and Roderick Wright, their cousin Randy Wright, and James Cutts were all indicted for killing 25-year-old Marcus Brown.

Police are still looking for Randy Wright, who is on the run. Investigators say early in the morning June 2nd the Wrights and Cutts broke into this apartment on South Madison Street, and robbed five men who were playing cards. When the robbers left, Brown ran to his car. He was shot with a 9 millimeter pistol.

All four of the murder suspects are convicted felons, a point District Attorney Ken Hodges will make in their trial. Hodges said "We will certainly go after the triggerman the hardest. If we get cooperation out of the others, they will receive some consideration for that. But we will definitely be judging them on their records, and each of them have records."

Also indicted for murder by the Grand jury, 56-year-old Johnnie Connell. Investigators say Connell stabbed his wife, 45-year-old Cathy Connell, to death in this car June 12th in a domestic dispute.

All 5 murder cases are expected to be tried in November.
