Albany-- An Albany Department of Motor Vehicle Saftey employee is arrested for giving fake drivers licenses to people.

Harrison Porter was an examiner at the Drivers License office in Albany. He's worked for the state since 1981. Porter was arrested Friday night in Calhoun County and charged with bribery and violating his oath of office.

He was released from the Calhoun County Jail on $10,000 bond. Porter is suspended with pay. No other details are available, but a department spokesman says the investigation is ongoing.
