Americus-- Why are women from Beverly Hills shopping for skirts in Americus?

It's all because of this magazine. Lucky Magazine is featuring a cheetah print skirt this month. Kinnebrew Company, a clothing store in Americus, is listed as the place to buy it. Manager Carolyn Kinnebrew says getting her store's name in the magazine was simply luck.

Store Manager Carolyn Kinnebrew says, "The lady that was helping me got a phone call from Lucky Magazine. They wanted to put her cheetah print skirt in the magazine and I was thrilled for her and she said I need a store to carry the skirt, would you be interested and I said this is about the nicest thing that could happen to someone's business and I said of course."

Kinnebrew has gotten orders from across the country for this skirt. She's sold out now, but the designer is sending a new shipment soon.
