Albany - Sergeant L.C. Williams returned home to Albany on Friday after a six month deployment to Iraq.
Williams was injured when the truck he was on collided with another automobile. He says he's happy to be home, but would fight for his country again.
"It felt good getting back to the United States," says Williams. "You know, seeing how other people live. The kids here have it good compared to the kids in Iraq."
Williams is serving his 20th year in the military. He also served in Desert Storm.
