Colquitt County - Another person is arrested for leaving the disabled Colquitt County student on a hot school bus.

Sixty-one-year-old Mary Powell of Moultrie was arrested Wednesday for Reckless Conduct.

Powell was the monitor for the bus driven by 59-year-old Margaret Dixon.

Both resigned after seven-year-old Anaysha Waddell was found unconscious and dehydrated inside the bus parked in front of Dixon's home on August 15th. She was left unattended for at least 45 minutes.
