Albany - A pre-trial hearing for suspended Baker County Sheriff Isaac Anderson is delayed.
Anderson showed up in court Wednesday, but was not heard by the judge. Anderson's attorney, Phil Cannon, agreed with prosecutors to make decisions on legal matters without involving the judge.
Cannon says they have to resolve issues, but would not go into detail. The pre-trial hearing is re-scheduled for next Wednesday at the Federal Courthouse in Albany.
The trial is set for October. Anderson is accused of lying to federal agents and making a false police report for Tommy Williams, Junior.
