Albany-- Charges have been upgraded against Four of the people arrested during the fights at the Wynnsong Cinema August 16th.

Two adults, 18 year old Davaris Harrison and 18 year old Desmond Hart, and two juveniles, are now charged with simple battery and a fray.

All four were arrested at the theatres, where dozens of young people fought inside and outside the building. Investigators upgraded the charges to send a message to young people about fights. "So it does make a difference. The juveniles know you can't just get away with just being turned back over to your parents," said Carmelita Preston of APD.

The four were originally charged with disorderly conduct. With the upgraded charges all four face a court date, rather than just paying a fine.
