Bainbridge - A Bainbridge man accused of killing a neighbor July fourth is indicted for voluntary manslaughter.
Police say 50-year-old Amos Jackson stabbed 35-year old James Peterson at this Bainbridge apartment. The pair got into an argument and Peterson was stabbed in the neck.
The grand jury decided there was enough evidence to indict Jackson on voluntary manslaughter charges. His trial is scheduled for November.
