Albany-- The multimillion dollar River Center is fifty percent complete.
Construction has reached the half-way point. The project has lost 13 days to rain, but workers will make up time in the next phases. ATI Chairwoman Emily Jean McAfee says, "Concrete just doesn't do quickly with damp, wet weather, some of the interior things, some of the things once we get passed the need to do the concrete than they can do some catch up."
