Colquitt County- Two teenagers are accused of pretending to be police officers in order to rob several families

Eighteen-year-old Shaun Burks and 18-year-old Julius Peterson, both of Moultrie, are charged with armed robbery, burglary and impersonating an officer.

One of the men flashed a badge and showed a fake search warrant to enter homes in Moultrie and Colquitt County. Once inside, he took jewelry and cash during the search.

Police said the pair used a Hispanic man to act as an interpreter.
