Brooks County - A South Georgia man is killed in an early morning house fire.

Investigators believe Charles Gay of Brooks County was asleep inside his mobile home when it caught fire around five Wednesday morning. The home was on Tall Oaks road near the Brooks-Colquitt County line.

Arson investigators don't suspect foul play and believe there may have been some sort of explosion.  "It was fully envolved when we got here, and took about 15 minutes to completely burn down," said Shane Hare, Investigator.

There were several oxygen tanks in the home. Investigators aren't sure if they contributed to the explosion.

The body has been sent to the crime lab for positive identification.
