Alma Crawford is a retired educator who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1955. She recovered and continued teaching.
Today Mrs. Crawford is still involved in a number of community activities, including events with the American Cancer Society. Her youngest grandson says she is an inspiration to all.
"It's not often that you have someone in your family that turns 90," says Kerwin Fortson. "I'm blessed to be celebrating that today."
Mrs. Crawford isn't the oldest of her siblings, her brother is almost 100 years old
