Forsyth- The Lee County 11-12 all-stars edged North Gwinnett 7-6 Wendesday night to advance to the championship series at the state Dixie Youth Baseball tournament.

Lee County is trying to win its second state DYB majors title and their third in the last five years.

The best two out of three championship series will start Friday.
