Mitchell County - We have some new information about the mysterious discovery of an SUV in the Flint River Tuesday morning.
Investigators tracked down the owner in Chicago. Carl Burns is a long distance truck driver from Baker County. Burns told GBI agents his SUV was stolen while it was being repaired. Police say they have no reports of it being stolen.
A fisherman noticed the tire from the blazer sticking out of the water near the Mitchell Baker County line.
