Albany -  Summer has arrived, and so have the hot temperatures. So, what better way to cool off, than to enjoy a scoop of ice cream.

Nineteen years ago, President Ronald Reagan declared July as National Ice Cream month.

Suzette Knight is an ice cream maker at Brusters. She's been mixing and making the dessert for about four months now. Suzette says summer is, without a doubt, the best time of year for the ice cream business.

Each day, after the ice cream is made, it has to have somewhere to go. Becca Brown makes the cones fresh every morning.

She says the best part of the job is working with the customers. "Everyday you see customers," says Becca, "but it's just never the same."
