Grady County - A program that houses troubled teens is being investigated.

The Uplift facility on Highway 111 in Grady County has had numerous runaways and drownings since it opened in 1998.

In the past two years, an eight-year-old and two adults drowned in the private pond on the property. In the past two weeks, ten teens have run away. Two of those teens broke into T and J grocery store. They were sent to Youth Development Centers.

Tyrone Terrell owns Uplift, but not the property.
