Albany-- Twenty-five-year-old Matthew Jacob was captured early Thursday when sheriff's deputies went to a Willard Avenue house to serve a warrant.

They did not know Jacob was at the house, but when officers arrived, he jumped through a window and injured himself. Jacob was returned to the Dougherty County jail and is being held in the maximum security unit.

Twenty-four-year-old Kimberly Frazier is charged with hindering the apprehension of a criminal. Jacob escaped from the jail on June 28th where he was being held for probation violation and obstruction of an officer.
