Cordele-- Was robbery the motive in the murder of an elderly Cordele woman?

On June fifth, 74-year-old Dicie Walker was found dead inside her apartment at the Suwanee House Complex. She had been shot in the head. Her friends say Walker didn't have any enemies, and many of her neighbors are frightened by her murder.

Neighbor Lilly Brown says, "I'll be glad when they catch him because the thing that happened to her can happen to anyone here." A friend of Walker's says her purse and her social security money were taken. Investigators won't confirm that.
