Tifton - A South Georgia Attorney is arrested for allegedly stealing from a disabled client. 56-year old David Roy Hege is charged with four counts of theft by deception.

Hege is under investigation by the GBI for reportedly taking more than $4,000 from a former client.

Hege's law license was suspended on May 23rd by a U.S. Supreme Court, and a conviction in this case could lead to disbarment.

Hege is being held in the Tift County Law Enforcement Center's jail. His bond has not been set.
