Albany - The third and final suspect in an Albany murder has surrendered.

Police say 30 year old Roderick Wright surrendered at the Dougherty County Jail on Wednesday night. He was wanted in connection with the June 2nd murder of 25 year old Marcus Brown.

Brown was shot and killed after chasing robbers out of his house. Roderick's brother, Derrick Wright, and James Cutts are already in custody for the murder.

Lt. James Williams says the case is still under investigation, but all suspects are cooperating.

The suspects have only been charged with murder at this time, but will also be charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, and burglary.
