Mitchell County - A Mitchell County man was found floating in the Flint River a month ago.

Investigators now say autopsy reports show Perry Henry died by drowning and they do not suspect foul play.

Henry's body was found May 22nd in the river behind a home on Thronateeska Way.

GBI Agents believe Henry was homeless and lived by the Flint River in Albany.
