Ashburn- GBI agents say 22-year old Adrian Newberry was freed from jail when information leading to his arrest could not be substantiated. He was charged last week for being hired to set fire to and spray paint racial slurs on a Madison Avenue home.
Homeowners, Patrick and Shanda Burwell are still in jail charged with the burning of their own home. The case is still under investigation.
