By Wainwright Jeffers - bio | email ALBANY, GA (WALB) – It's one of the biggest meth seizures ever on Interstate 75 in Georgia.
Dooly County authorities charged 28-year-old Margarita Dimaz with trafficking methamphetamine.
They showed us what they found hidden in her car after they stopped her for speeding Friday.
Deputies called in a K-9 unit because they say Dimaz was acting suspiciously.
They found 9-pounds of meth in a false compartment on the driver's side floorboard and another pound in a Tupperware container in a suitcase.
Dimaz was traveling from Atlanta To Lake Wales, Florida.
