Albany warrants taken for Abraham Wesley

ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Former high school teacher Abraham Wesley is now charged with forgery and falsifying his teacher certification form.

Warrants were taken for Wesley Tuesday. He's the former Albany High teacher who was fired last year after it was discovered he'd sent a 16-year-old girl sexually explicit text messages.

The charges against him have nothing to do with that incident. Wesley is already in jail in DeKalb County charged with account fraud.
