The Darton College men's golf team hosted their Fall Invitational today at River Pointe in Albany. The tournament is made up mostly of 10 teams from 8 schools. The Cavs were the day one leader thanks to help from Taylor Welborn who shot an even par at 72, Austin McNeil also chipped in shooting a one over par at 73.
The two day tournament will resume at 8:00am on Tuesday. Head coach Dale Dover was pleased with his team's play but says they can definitely do better.
Dover said "We did ok, we just made too many double boogies out there today and you just can't make those and survive."
