ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  A Moultrie man is accused of breaking into a home and molesting a young girl.

Police say 25-year old Jasper Leggett, Junior got into the Seventh Street Southwest home through an unlocked door around five o'clock yesterday morning and fondled an 11-year old girl in her bedroom.

When he wandered into the living room, the mother woke up and called police. Police arrested Leggett when he was spotted in the neighborhood later in the day.

He's charged with burglary and child molestation.
