ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Albany Police caught a man they say stole money that was donated to charity.
19-year-old Zachary Rines is charged with theft by taking.
Officers say he walked into the Trademark Body Yard on Radium Springs Road around 2:20 Saturday afternoon and grabbed the jar of money being collected for Toys for Tots.
Rines was caught soon after he ran out of the store.
