Gulf South Conference Special Teams player of the week.

Andersen hit a game winning 42-yard field goal on the final play in the Blazers season opening win over Wingate Saturday.

In the game Andersen hit three field goals and both extra point attempts.

VSU is on the road Saturday at 6:00 p.m. at Newberry.
