ATHENS, GA (WALB) - The Georgia football team enjoying some nice reviews after Saturday's season opening win over Louisiana Lafayette.©2010 WALB News. All rights reserved. Feedback
The question this week is are the Bulldogs ready for their SEC opener on the road.
The Bulldogs head to South Carolina to face a Gamecock team that also looked impressive in their first game last Thursday against Southern Miss.
Carolina's defense and crowd should be a big test for Georgia redshirt freshman quarterback Aaron Murray. The Bulldogs new 3/4 defense will definitely face a tougher test from the Carolina offense led by mobile quarterback Stephen Garcia. It may be the first SEC game of the season for both teams but it could determine who makes it to Atlanta in December.
Akeem Dent said. "It is going to be tough. We are playing our first road game. We are going to have to go against the crowd, fans and stuff like that. It is real crucial to go out and try to pull out a win." Game time is 12:00 p.m. Saturday in Columbia.
