VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) –A biology professor was found dead on the campus of Valdosta State University.
66-year old Daniel Lee Murphey was found lying on the ground near a bench outside of Nevins Hall by Valdosta State police Sunday morning around 1 o'clock.
The coroner says it appears Murphey had a seizure or heart attack, though the official cause of death is not yet known.
