ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Downtown Albany leaders have two new plans on the table for the city's failed skate park.

ADICA board members voted Wednesday to remove the fencing around the skate park and open it to the public at no cost.

They'll put up "skate at your own risk" signs and will no longer have a paid employee on duty.

They're also hoping to sell the skate park equipment to Chehaw to go along with its BMX bike trail, but there's no agreement yet.
