ALBANY, GA (WALB) – A Lee County teenager got a brand new Chevy Camaro, just in time for his 19th birthday thanks to a nationwide contest.

The Men's Warehouse was running a Prom-Prep contest all over the U.S.

Andrew Bacon rented his tuxedo for prom at the Albany location and entered to win the car.

Bacon won, and picked out this Chevy Camero SS at Prince Chevrolet. It's imperial blue metallic with a V-8 engine.

On Saturday he got to drive off in his new ride, Sunday August 29th is his 19th birthday.

"I was able to pick out the color, I feel lucky like I won the lottery couldn't believe it at first," said Andrew Bacon, Camaro Winner.

"Anyone that was allocated from ages 16-20 that was going to a prom and rented a tux had a chance to win this," said Dave Fabello, Men's Warehouse Dir. of Formal Wear.

The Darton College Freshman said it's the Coupe of his dreams, he's been without a car since he was injured in February Car Accident.

The Men's Warehouse picked up the close to $40,000 price tag.
