CLINCH COUNTY, GA (WALB) – We now know the identity of a toddler who drowned Tuesday afternoon in Clinch County.

Officials tell us 2-year-old Justin Spradley wandered outside his house on Grant Road, east of Homerville, and fell into an above ground swimming pool.

Spradley's father Tony is a deputy with the Clinch County Sheriff's Office.
