ALBANY, GA (WALB) – One of the best known names in Albany real estate is changing.   Walden and Kirkland realtors has been in Albany for more than six decades.     Now, The company is partnering with Coldwell Banker.

Hundreds of signs were delivered to the office on Slappey Boulevard Wednesday morning with the new logo that includes both names.

President Larry Walden says it's an exciting time for the real estate company.  He said, "We're just blessed to be in this position.  The market is tough right now.  We felt like we needed to do some things to be prepared.  It's planning for our future.  We've been here for 63 years, but our future's ahead of us and we want to be prepared for that."

Walden says you'll still recognize the names of the realtors on the new signs.   Beginning later this month, you can see what real estate Coldwell Banker Walden and Kirkland has to offer right here on WALB on a new show called Real Estate Today.
