ALBANY, GA (WALB) – 13-year-old Justin Milledge died at Augusta's MCG Children's Hospital after being pulled from an Albany motel swimming pool Sunday.

Justin and his 15-year-old brother Marquis were unresponsive when guests pulled them from the water around 5:30 Sunday evening at the Regency Inn Sunday.

They were transported to Phoebe Putney Hospital, then flown to The Medical College of Georgia Children's Hospital in Augusta.

Marquis Milledge remains in critical condition in Augusta.

The Bank of Terrell, in Dawson and Albany, and the Bank of Lee County have set up the Milledge Donation Fund for the family.

Police urge parents to pay close attention to their kids when they're swimming.
