ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Three Albany men found guilty of street gang terrorism and aggravated assault,  for their part in gang shootout at Carver community pool in June 2009.

Tchywaskie Jones, Dabkowski Luke, Jerry Lee Harris Jr. have not been sentenced yet.

Witnesses testified that a fist fight between gang members' girlfriends led to the shootout between the Southside Bloods and the Crips at South Albany's Carver Pool last summer that left one man wounded.

Witnesses said girlfriends of the two gangs started fighting on June 16, 2009, and Dabkowski Luke's baby was hit in the face.

Then men from the two gangs started firing shots, with dozens of people leaving the community pool close by.

Donald Winchester was wounded.
