ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  A back-to-school bash for local teens ended in a brawl Saturday night at the State Theater.  The same thing happened at the downtown Albany venue during an end of school bash back in May.

This time though, gunshots were fired, but no one was struck.

APD Spokeswoman Phyllis  Banks says that Nicholas Johnson, 19, was arrested in the 400 block of North Jefferson.

He was charged with:

  • Discharging a Firearm within City Limits
  • Reckless Conduct
  • Obstruction of an Officer
  • Carry a Concealed Weapon
  • Carry a weapon without a License
